If we receive an abnormal test result, either a staff member or your physician will call you to discuss followup. If the test is normal, we will communicate the result via mail or telephone. Tests take varying amounts of time to complete, so it's always a good idea to ask when to expect your results at the time of testing.
4. Prescription refills:
In general, we prefer you call your pharmacy and ask them to fax a refill form to the office. If you're calling our office for a refill, please have your medication packaging handy so we can verify your prescription information. Refills will be processed in 24 to 48 hours. If you choose to renew your prescription by phone, please try to call during normal office hours.
